Can I cancel an order that has been confirmed?

You can cancel orders that haven't entered the shipping process. Just send an email to with your order number and we will manage the cancellation if possible.  We will send an email to the address in the registration form to request confirmation before completely cancelling your order.

I have received my order and it is not the article I purchased, or it is damaged. What can I do?

We always pay careful attention when preparing orders and check everything is in perfect conditions before shipping it. However, if you find something wrong in your purchase we suggest that you reject the parcel and contact our support team providing a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email. You will be offered a replacement or refund. Please note that once you accept the parcel you can only return it if the item is in perfect conditions.

I have decided to return my purchase. What should I do?

If you are not happy with your purchase and it is in perfect conditions you may return it within 7 working days, and we will refund your money. In this case return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
